VF Corporation has announced new appointments to its leadership team in the EMEA region, including for the Timberland brand, effective Jan. 31.
Nina Flood — current president VF Global Packs (Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling) — is to be the new general manager of Timberland EMEA. She succeeds Mariano Alonso, who is moving to a new role as general manager of The North Face EMEA.
Of her new role, Flood said: “I am thrilled to join the Timberland EMEA team, especially with the 50th anniversary of the iconic yellow boot on the horizon. The Timberland brand is well-known and loved by consumers across the globe. I look forward to leading the talented team as we embrace the brand’s rich heritage and move boldly into the future.”
Also included in the announcement, Martino Scabbia Guerrini, VF Corp’s executive vice president, president EMEA and emerging brands, has been given an expanded role, adding the APAC region to his responsibilities.
