Btwentyfour, a Sweden-based B2B data automation platform specializing in digital supply chain solutions, has opened a new office in Munich, Germany. This expansion strengthens the company’s presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and marks a key step in its strategic growth plan. The new office is located in Munich’s “Macherei” space in the Berg am Laim neighborhood and will support Btwentyfour’s rapidly growing client base across multiple industries.

As part of this move, Btwentyfour has appointed Markus Hefter as Managing Director and Executive Account Manager for DACH. Hefter brings over 20 years of experience in the sports and outdoor sectors, having held senior roles at companies like Polygiene and Messe München’s ISPO Group. His extensive industry knowledge will be instrumental in driving Btwentyfour’s continued success and expansion into new markets.
“For over 24 years, Btwentyfour has been at the forefront of digital supply chain automation, serving thousands of partners across various industries,” commented Ulf Hallman, founder and CEO of Btwentyfour. ”The opening of our Munich office and Markus Hefter’s leadership will be crucial in enhancing our support in the DACH region and driving our growth in Europe.”
“I am thrilled to join Btwentyfour and support the industry with data-driven solutions, especially as businesses prepare for the upcoming EU Digital Product Passport (DPP) requirements,” said Hefter. ”Our platform offers best-in-class solutions to address major supply chain challenges, and I look forward to expanding our reach in the DACH region and beyond.”
Btwentyfour already has offices in Zug (Switzerland), Uppsala, Stockholm (both Sweden) and the US. The company’s commitment to expanding its operations aligns with its goal of providing secure, efficient and compliant solutions for the evolving needs of the supply chain industry.
Btwentyfour’s platform offers comprehensive digital solutions that help businesses improve efficiency, reduce risk and accelerate time-to-market. In addition to serving industries like sports, fashion and home goods, the company is also a partner in navigating new sustainability regulations, such as the EU’s Digital Product Passport.
