Following the announcement in March that Puma will become the official technical partner of Lega Serie A, Puma and Lega Serie A have unveiled the Orbita, the new match ball to kick off the partnership. Serie A is at the top of the Italian football league system, and with a total audience of more than one billion viewers in nearly 200 countries and over 530 million fans worldwide, the series is one of the most-watched leagues in the world. The Puma Orbita Serie A, which comes in a 12-star-shaped panel configuration, features graphics inspired by the Lega Serie A logo. The Italian Tricolore (tricolor of the Italian flag) is featured around each of the custom graphics. The Orbita, a FIFA-approved match ball, will be available from July 1st at puma.com and select retailers worldwide.
