Austrian company Fischer Sports GmbH has launched its 100 Years NFT Ski Bundle, available since Feb. 14, 2024, which allows fans to immerse themselves in both the history of skiing and the futuristic world of digital collectibles. This makes the 100-year-old company one of the first ski companies to pioneer NFTs.

The exclusive bundle includes a strictly limited-edition NFT, a digital token representing ownership of a unique, specially crafted RC4 ski, as well as the specially designed and developed anniversary ski, based on the renowned RC4 line and packed with the latest innovations from racing, developed in collaboration with some of the world’s best professional skiers. The bundle is limited to 100 sets and a tribute to Fischer’s century-long dedication in ski manufacturing. “The Fischer NFT Ski Bundle is not just a product; it is a bridge between the virtual and physical world,“ the company says.

Fischer Sports GmbH was founded in 1924 in Ried im Innkreis, Austria, where its headquarters are still located. Fischer operates production sites in Ried im Innkreis and in the Ukraine. The Finnish company One Way, with a special focus on poles for cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and Nordic walking, has been part of Fischer Sports since May 2018. Löffler, also part of the group, is also based in Ried im Innkreis.
