Accell Group, which was recently notified about an intended, indirect takeover offer from Pon Holdings, has announced that Francesca Gamboni, who started on Feb. 1 as chief supply chain officer of the company, has been granted 10,000 conditional performance shares in the group, subjected to her continued employment three years from now. Accell’s board of directors had agreed on Dec. 15 to give them to her “as a sign-on award for partial compensation of the loss of the performance shares at her previous employer,” Stellantis. Gamboni is taking the place of Jeroen Both, who is set to leave Accell next December.
