Strong performance despite challenges

“Once again, Tecnica Group proves to be a dynamic and global company, able to strengthen and further expand its presence in international markets,” commented Alberto Zanatta, chairman of the group. “The 2022 result makes us proud, not least because it was achieved in a difficult economic and social environment. Now we expect an equally positive year in 2023, although some complex exogenous factors are still ongoing.”

Giovanni Zoppas, CEO and general director of Tecnica Group, added that the group has demonstrated “it is capable of managing the complexities of this period while being ready to seize the opportunities offered by the markets. These characteristics of resilience and reactivity, coupled with an excellent brand portfolio, make us quite optimistic about the future, which is still uncertain.”

The cornerstone of Tecnica Group was laid in 1960 by Giancarlo Zanatta. Today, it is an international group with 10 branches and direct agencies, more than 40 distributors and exports to over 80 countries worldwide. It employs 3,891 people, of which about 350 in Italy, most of them at the headquarters in Giavera del Montello (TV). In 2017, the Zanatta family, which still manages the group, opened up to external capital and Italmobiliare entered the shareholder structure as a minority shareholder.
